Baseball is over...back to football

The thing about teaching and coaching in Texas is that there really is no OFF Season. Jeff finished a rather disappointing baseball season on Friday and guess what? He starts spring football, full pad practice on Monday. Wow! It just never ends. Cale is into everything. I got to be a wife and mom at a game for once instead of coaching myself which was nice until Cale tried to make an exit into the parking lot. It was a lot of fun though. Well I am posting a couple of pics taken at the game on Friday.

Bloggin' it up...

Okay so I am starting to figure this whole blogging thing out. I am interested to see if I can keep it up. Well for those of you just tuning in...I am a teacher/coach in Denison, Texas. Yes I am living in the one state I swore I never would. My husband is from here so we are back in his home town. I teach at an elementary school but coach at the high school. I am the head softball coach...our season just ended this past Friday, and I am also the freshman volleyball coach. I was given the opportunity to coach volleyball four years ago and knew NOTHING about it. I gladly accepted the challenge and have to admit I am a fan of volleyball now. Something I never thought I would be, that's for sure. We have a 16 month old son named Cale Barrett Wigington that we have so much fun with. Jeff and I are happy to inform everyone that we are expecting baby #2 in October! I will gladly let everyone know when we find out what we are having, which should be some time in June! So I thought I would take this opportunity to share some pics and a short video of Cale and the rest of the family...

This is just a short video of Cale with Jeff outside...
once he got started we couldn't get him out of the
water. I can't believe how fast they grow up and
change. He has such a personality now...it is so
much fun watching him entertain himself!
